The terminal
Where things are and what the keyboard does.
Layout
Three columns and a dock. Left: watchlist and positions. Centre: the chart. Right: the order ticket and the live rule check. Below: a dock with orders, journal, blocks and rules. Drag the dividers to resize; click a region header to collapse it to a rail. The layout is remembered per browser.
Guard bar
The strip across the top is the one place that says whether you can trade right now. Read it before every order. Details in its own guide.
Ticket
Symbol, side, quantity, order type (market, limit, stop, stop-limit) and time in force (day or good-till-cancelled). The estimated value uses the worst plausible price among last, limit and stop plus the slippage buffer from your settings. Enter places the order.
Rule check
Every rule, in order, with pass, warn or block and the metric it measured. Cheap rules run first; in fast-fail mode the check stops at the first block. A rule marked limited lacks data, for example price history for the correlation cap, and says so rather than guessing.
Watchlist and positions
The watchlist is yours and lives in your browser. Positions come from the last sync with your broker, with unrealized P&L at the latest quote. Click a row to load the symbol into the ticket.
Dock
Orders shows every order with status and a detail sheet that includes the evaluation as it ran and the broker's response verbatim. Journal shows every fill, with source: Roaraq, override or unguarded. Blocks shows what was stopped and why. Rules shows the active set with a quick toggle.
Appearance
Four palettes, two dark and two light, and three type sizes, in Settings → Appearance. The choice follows your account.
