Questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The terminal asks you to subscribe. Nothing at your broker changes; your positions, orders and stops live there. Your rules and history stay in your account for when you come back.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account page. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds?
- Yearly plans are refundable in full within 14 days of the first payment. Monthly plans are not refunded; cancel and the next charge does not happen.
- Is there a card-free trial?
- Yes. No card is asked for until you subscribe.
- Taxes?
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax where they apply; the checkout shows the total before you pay.
- Invoices?
- Every payment produces an invoice from Stripe. Download them from the billing portal on your account page.
- Do you take payment for order flow?
- No. The subscription is the only revenue.
