Refund policy
Trials are free, monthly plans are cancel-any-time, yearly plans have a 14-day window.
Trial
The free trial requires no card. When it ends, nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
Monthly plans
Cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current month and the next charge does not happen. Monthly payments are not refunded.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, e-mail support@roaraq.com and the payment is refunded in full. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid year.
Errors
If you were charged in error, or twice, write to support@roaraq.com and we will refund the mistaken charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
